"The Haunting of Willow & Main Market"

The Richard Wood Store—known today as Willow & Main Market in Greenwich New Jersey. Built in 1773, this structure has lived many lives: a general store, a community hub, a quiet relic… and, according to some, a place where generations of former owners and patrons still linger. The building’s long history even ties into the origins of the Wawa food chain, as the Wood family and their early mercantile operations connected to the business roots that would eventually grow into the modern convenience stores known across the region.

On January 06, 2013, the JUMPS Team conducted a private investigation for the employees of a dental office in South Jersey, part of their ongoing ghost research into local haunted locations. While the team was on the bottom floor, the REM Pod alarm began to sound with no one around. This intriguing incident was captured on camera, showing where the investigators were located during their private ghost tours.

A Civil War landmark in Gettysburg, PA, the JUMPS Team had the honor to investigate this popular location, known for its ghost research, which is said to be haunted by Jennie Wade—the only civilian casualty in the Battle of Gettysburg in 1863. This piece of audio was captured in the basement where Jennie's family had to hide for 3 days with Jennie after she was fatally shot. In 2013, NBC Universal reached out to the JUMPS Team to conduct ghost research at the Stamford Media Center in Stamford, CT, which is known as one of the haunted locations featuring shows like the Jerry Springer Show, Maury, Steve Wilkos, and Trisha Goddard Show! During this investigation of the historic theater, an anomaly was captured in a backstage area using the Full Spectrum handheld camera.
