Based on the collective experiences of the JUMPS Team, historical accounts, and investigative sessions conducted at Salone Di Belleza, a compelling pattern has emerged—particularly regarding activity on the second floor involving Sammie.
When the environment is at its quietest—late at night with minimal lighting and reduced electrical interference—it appears that one, and possibly two, spirit entities are present in a protective role over Sammie. This theory is strongly supported by multiple pieces of evidence gathered during the investigation.
During SLS camera sessions, when Lead Investigator Doug Hogate Jr. approached areas where a smaller, child-like figure was detected, a second, taller figure would consistently manifest. This taller figure appeared to position itself between Doug and the smaller figure, exhibiting behavior that can be interpreted as defensive or protective. The interaction suggested awareness, intent, and a clear response to proximity.
Further reinforcing this theory were the direct responses received through the Estes Method conducted by Investigator Jocelyn. Words and phrases that came through indicated a protective presence, aligning with the physical mapping seen on the SLS. The communication suggested hesitation or resistance when unfamiliar individuals attempted to engage with the smaller spirit.
This protective dynamic was also observed prior to the formal investigation. Two nights earlier, Sammie was reportedly seen standing at the top of the staircase. As Doug approached, a taller figure appeared and the smaller figure was moved away—mirroring the same behavior later captured during the investigation.
These consistent experiences suggest that during low-energy conditions—when electronics and lighting are minimized—the protective entity or entities become more active and vigilant, especially when unfamiliar individuals attempt to make contact with Sammie. In contrast, during normal business operations, when electrical usage is high and the environment is active, these entities appear to remain passive, going about their presence without direct interaction.
An additional layer of unexplained activity occurred during the private screening event, where multiple individuals clearly heard footsteps coming from the second floor despite no one being present in that area. This incident further validates the ongoing and intelligent nature of the activity within the location.
At this time, it is believed that the second floor is home to a smaller, child-like spirit—identified as Sammie—who is potentially being watched over or protected by one or more larger entities. One of these entities may correlate with the strong male presence previously detected in the basement, raising the possibility that the same spirit is moving between areas to maintain that protective role.
Due to the consistency and intelligence behind these encounters, a follow-up investigation will be conducted soon. This next phase will focus on building upon the evidence already captured, with the goal of identifying these protective entities, understanding their connection to Sammie, and determining whether one of them is indeed the same male presence experienced in the basement.
The Salone Di Belleza continues to present a deeply layered and intelligent haunting—one that may not be driven by fear, but by protection.
